More About Transaction Coordinator, Chasity Taylor

Chasity is a local to Canon City, so she knows a thing or two about our area. She grew up in Canon City, her kids are growing up in Canon City, therefore she embodies our philosophy of Home Town Service. Chasity was responsible for the back-end facilitation of Canon City’s largest (by agent) Real Estate company as their Operations Manager.

She has experience in file management, scheduling, listing assistance, and many other intricacies of real estate transactions. Her attention to detail and exceptional quality standards set her above the rest! Chasity is currently working on her Real Estate licensure so that she will be able to provide even more services to our company.

Transaction Coordination Duties:

  • Opening escrow
  • Coordinating inspections, repair negotiations, and completion of repairs
  • Communicating updates to clients, agents, lenders, and other people involved in the transaction
  • Prepare listing materials, including seller's disclosures
  • Collect signatures from all involved parties
  • Send deadline reminders to agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and other vendors
  • Monitoring the contingency period
  • Ensuring that all documentation is submitted
  • File compliance
  • Coordinating the closing process
