Y-T-D trend from February '01 to February '06 show prices and sales up.Y-T-D from February'07 till present show number of homes sold and prices declining.
In comparing Y-T-D February '09 and '10 number of sales of homes increased,prices of homes sold decreased, and the number of days on the market decreased. This can be explained by the first time home buyer tax credit and lower interest rates.
