Analyzing the Rhinebeck Area Real Estate Market
In Dirt Road Realty News,I have been reporting Real Estate Market information for Dutchess County, Hyde Park, Millbrook,Red Hook, and Rhinebeck School Districts. This Real Estate information is based on data received from the Mid Hudson Multiple Listing System. There appears to be a large number of homes sold below $500,000 as compared to the distinctively lesser number of homes sold above $500,000 across the board for Dutchess County, Hyde Park, Millbrook,Red Hook, and Rhinebeck. I wrote in my last Dirt Road Realty News -- Could this be a local Bank Mortgage issue in Hyde Park, Millbrook, Red Hook, and Rhinebeck? It is always essential when analyzing the real estate market even if it is at a local Rhinebeck Area level to be aware of as many different opinions and insights for the macro real estate market.
